Bicolor Tweed is a fun, texture dishcloth making the most of two contrasting colors. The pattern is very easy and uses a simple slipped stitch technique. It is very easy and is a good choice for beginner knitters. The high relief textures makes for a very useful dishcloth. Garter stitch All rows: knit.
Directions Cast on 41 sts with MC. Work 12 rows in garter stitch.
Row 1 (RS) in CC: K6, *sl1 wyib, k3, repeat from *, k3.
Row 2 in CC: K6, *sl1 wyif, k3, repeat from *, k3.
Row 3 in MC: K4, *sl1 wyib, k3, repeat from *, sl1 wyib, k4.
Row 4 in MC: K4, *sl1 wyif, k3, repeat from *, sl1 wyif, k4.
Repeat rows 1-4 another 12 times.
Work 12 rows in garter stitch.
Bind off.
Finishing - Weave in ends, wash and block gently
